the staff was very cute. daniel carried our bags to our room because the elevator could not accommodate us all plus our luggage. we had a two bedroom apartment on the second floor and it featured two bathrooms.
if you walk around barefoot on the hotel room floor you might want to rinse your feet before putting on shoes. apply.

fantastic central location!
central locationfriendly staffsoundproofing issue
the location was amazing. i walked to the duomo in five minutes (such a great spot!). the staff were super friendly and helpful. i really appreciated the short walk to the vecchio bridge, about 6-7 minutes.
the soundproofing wasn't perfect. i could hear some noise from other guests at night and in the morning (i'm a light sleeper though).

the team offered assistance with directions and recommendations for local restaurants. staff members were available at the front desk to answer questions and provide support throughout my stay, which i valued.

An elevator provides access to all floors, made luggage transport simple. the hotel offers complimentary water bottle refills in the lobby. This is eco-friendly and convenient (i always bring my own bottle).

the staff was very cute. daniel assisted with our luggage since the elevator was not big enough for everyone plus luggage. i appreciated having two bathrooms in our two bedroom apartment (a nice touch, really).

I adored the location. It was super central. the staff was kind, very helpful! the room was also massive and clean with beautiful furniture..

The hotel staff was very cute and helpful.
The shower drainage was poor. Dirty water backed up with a loud noise anytime the sink, toilet, or shower was in use. I could also hear flushing from the floor above, which disrupted my sleep.
